  • Get ready for a night of nonstop laughter with comedian Dennis Regan live under the stars at Solvang Festival Theater. Known for his quick wit, relatable storytelling, and brilliantly funny takes on everyday life, Dennis has been entertaining audiences for decades with appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show, Comedy Central, and Showtime. His laid-back style, sharp observations, and effortless delivery have made him a favorite on stages across the country.

    Opening the evening is SYV local comedian Owen Andersen & Bangs Out!, bringing high-energy improv, spontaneous comedy, and big laughs to kick off an unforgettable night of live comedy in Solvang.

    Proceeds from this special event support the incredible community work of Solvang Rotary Club and Solvang Theaterfest. Through scholarships, youth programs, local initiatives, community support, and charitable outreach, Solvang Rotary continues to make a lasting impact throughout the Santa Ynez Valley while helping keep arts and entertainment thriving at Solvang Festival Theater.

    Join us for an unforgettable summer evening celebrating America’s approaching 250th anniversary with live music, local history, and community spirit at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum.

    Enjoy a special benefit concert featuring the Doublewide Kings alongside the opening of a unique pop-up exhibition showcasing cherished Independence Day memories from the recently preserved Santa Barbara News-Press Collection.

    Through historic photographs and archival images, guests will relive the sights, sounds, and traditions of Santa Barbara summers past while celebrating the spirit of Independence Day and the community’s shared history.

    Come experience an evening of music, nostalgia, and celebration as we honor both local memories and a historic milestone for the nation.
  • Immerse yourself in the spirit of tea deep within nature away from the hustle and bustle from daily life. Disconnect from technology and reconnect to the essence of yourself as we gather together in sacred silence.

    We’ll hike 1.3 miles (Moderate Difficulty) to a riverside spot for a guided tea ceremony. There will be time to reflect and integrate together as a community. Light snacks will be shared before walking back together.

    Flowing River is a poet, musician, and spiritualist that studies under the tutelage of Bhai Bahadur Singh Ji and the Sangat of the Divine Light. Having traveled to over 30 countries over the past 15 years he has amassed a wealth of knowledge on how to cleanse, clear, and purify the mind, body, and spirit. Flowing River shares this wisdom freely with all who are ready to make a positive change in their lives for the better. Now he aims to cultivate conscious community through cups of tea that warm the heart and enlighten the soul.

  • Eva Scow is an American mandolinist and violinist from Fresno, California. She began studying music at a young age, starting on the piano and violin at age 4, and later adding the mandolin at age 8. Growing up she played in Classical orchestras and bands, exploring different kinds of music from Bluegrass to Brazilian Jazz. She began playing professionally in high school, collaborating with different musicians/bands around the country.

    At age 15 she recorded for mandolin pioneer David Grisman on his album ‘Tone Poets’. She was selected to perform at Carnegie Hall in 2006 for a Young Artist Spotlight alongside bassist Edgar Meyer. She recorded her debut album with guitarist Dusty Brough entitled ‘Sharon by the Sea’ (Adventure Music) in 2007. The album features influences, from Flamenco, Jazz, and Brazilian folk music. That same year she also recorded with jazz guitarist Anthony Wilson for his album ‘Power of Nine’ (2007). Eva has performed at the International Festival du Mandoline in Lunel, France (2010). She toured alongside country pop duo Attwater, opening up shows for Willie Nelson (2011). Eva has opened concerts for artists Poncho Sanchez, Lee Ritenour, and JJ Cale. She has recorded on numerous projects, ranging in styles from R&B, Country, Pop, and Jazz. Eva also teaches string orchestra and jazz education at the middle school level in Fresno, CA. Eva is a member of the contemporary jazz quartet Espacio, and the progressive funk group The Experience. She continues to play in numerous groups across California as a side-person, equally at home in the classical, folk and jazz idioms.

  • Join us for the Designing Futures Teen Art Show, a free community event showcasing and selling original artwork created by local artists ages 10–18. Designing Futures is a free summer entrepreneurship program that teaches young artists how to build a creative business by exploring branding, pricing, marketing, and professional presentation. The Teen Art Show is the culmination of the program, where participants will exhibit and sell their work to the public for the first time.
    Visitors can browse a variety of original artwork while supporting emerging artists from across Conejo Valley. Admission is free, and all are welcome.
