Ashlee Buzzard pled not guilty in court to murder charge stemming from the death of her 9-year-old daughter Melodee.

Melodee Buzzard's body was found in a remote area of Utah. Detectives say she was a murder victim. They've arrested the girl's mother for the killing.

Ashlee Buzzard was released but ordered to wear a GPS monitor. Her 9-year-old daughter, Melodee, is still missing after last being seen a month ago.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's detectives say the arrest was on an unrelated charge to the disappearance of Melodee Buzzard.

Melodee Buzzard, 9, was last seen in August.

SpaceX is set to launch 24 communications satellites into orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base.

The shooting happened in Lompoc on Tuesday night.

The Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians pledged $500,000 to the project at Cabrillo High School.
