Authorities have released the name of a Ventura County woman shot to death in what detectives call a domestic violence incident.

Gina Gautier was fatally wounded in her Thousand Oaks home Monday morning.  Ventura County Sheriff’s investigators say she was shot by her husband, Tim Gautier, during a domestic dispute.

The 55-year-old man was booked on a murder charge.

The President and Governor Jerry Brown added their condolences to the many others coming in from around the world for the victims, and families of victims from the Borderline shootings.

President Trump tweeted that there was great bravery shown by law enforcement officers, especially by the Ventura County Sheriff’s sergeant who died trying to stop the gunman.

Governor Brown says that our hearts ache for victims of this heinous act, and that our deepest condolences go to the Thousand Oaks community, and those who lost friends, and loved ones.

Thousand Oaks Mayor Andy Fox said at a morning press conference there will be a community vigil at 6 tonight for the victims of the shooting at Borderline Bar and Grill.

Fox said that one of the biggest concerns now is the need for blood for those who were injured.

The shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks has claimed the lives of 12 people and the gunman, Ventura County Sheriff's deputies say.

Among them was Sergeat Ron Helus, a 29-year veteran of the force, who died overnight at Las Robles hospital.

12 people were killed when a gunman opened fire at the Borderline Grill in Thousand Oaks November 7th Starting November 8th, the Hill and Woolsey Fire burned thousands of acres and caused multiple evacuations.

UPDATE: The revised figures indicate that 21 people have been wounded, with 13 confirmed dead, including the gunman. The idenitity of the shooter has been confirmed as 28-year-old Ian David Long.

A Wednesday night attack at a Ventura County bar has left 11 people hurt, with some dead.

Shooting was reported inside of the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousands Oaks shortly after 11 p.m.

Among the 13 dead after the shooting at Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks was Ventura County Sheriff's Sgt. Ron Helus.

The 29-year veteran of the force entered the bar to confront the shooter, and sustained multiple wounds before he was pulled from the line of fire.

The 54-year-old father of one died from his wounds overnight.
