The Santa Rosa Valley Municiple Advisory Council is sponsoring a Fall and Halloween fundraiser for Stepping Stones Riding Program, a 501(c)3 non-profit in Ventura County since 2012. This is a great family event that includes a trick or treat trail, pony rides, a pet and kids costume contest, a pie auction, and much more. The entrance price is $5 per person, $20 for families of 4 or more and includes all events. Food is sold separately.
