California's last operational nuclear power plant is perched on the ocean’s edge near the City of San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast. Diablo Canyon was due to close in 2025 – it’s unlikely that’s going to happen. But, ultimately one day it will be decommissioned. We look at the massive costs and risks for the local community.
