Attendeeswill gain insight into how vaccines are designed, tested, approved, and continuouslymonitored for safety. The lecture will also address common concerns andmisconceptions, explain how risks are evaluated and minimized, and highlight the rolevaccines play in preventing disease and protecting communities. By examining boththe science and the safety systems behind vaccines, this talk aims to provide a clear,evidence-based understanding of how vaccines work and why they remain acornerstone of modern medicine.

This event will include: Exhibits created by individual club members displaying rocks and mineral collections, and jewelry; Vendors of minerals, fossils, gems and jewelry; a Silent Auction that may include rocks and minerals e.g. slabs, geodes, fossils and jewelry; Club members demonstrating the use of tools for cutting and polishing minerals for use in lapidary crafting and a Youth Room for kids to play games and do activities to win prizes.There is also a Plant sale and an hourly Raffle Drawing.
