Join us for a night of storytelling closing out OPAC's two-year programming series, CLOSE TO HOME: A Community Conversation Spotlighting the People, Places + Perspectives Surrounding Homelessness. Directed by Juliana Acosta + portrayed by local actors, Stories from the Street profiles the experiences of unsheltered residents in Ventura County as told to + transcribed by writer Craig Rosen.
Free + open to the public. Light refreshments provided.
Event will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
The event is part of OPAC's two-year programming series, Close to Home, which spotlights the people, places and perspectives surrounding homelessness through a community conversation. This two-year programming series (2020-2022) is made possible with support from California Humanities.
