On Earth Day, April 22nd, at 7:00 PM, the Ventura County Interfaith Community will host a discussion of the imperatives for creation care found in several faith traditions.

Following a presentation by Mahri Mendenhall, a member of the Bishop’s Commission on Climate Change for the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, members of four faith communities will respond to the presentation, amplifying, critiquing, and expanding on her thoughts. The respondents will be:

* Brajarani Dasi of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness,
* Rabbi Michael Lotker the Community Rabbi for Ventura County,
* Joe Zuback, a member of Padre Serra Parish, and
* Muhammed Shoyab Mehtar, the Imam of the Islamic Center of Conejo Valley.

Padre Serra Parish, located at 5205 Upland Road in Camarillo will be our host for the evening.
