You can help create a biological baseline for organisms in our counties by identifying as many native organisms as you can using the free iNaturalist app on your smart phone. There is a video class on using iNaturalist (https://help.inaturalist.org/en/support/home). You do not have to identify every organism you see as experts will be checking the ids of your observations. Be sure to take a full shot of your observation and a close-up of the flowers or organism you are photographing. The app will put your observations in the City Nature Challenge Santa Barbara County Project or Ventura County Project where you can see our results. You will be joining over 600 groups all over the world for this bioblitz. All ages and experiences welcome.
