Man Accused Of Dealing Ecstasy In Ventura, Los Angeles Counties; Nearly $500,000 In Cash Seized

Detectives arrested a man they say was dealing ecstasy in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, seizing drugs and nearly a half million dollars in cash in the process. Simi Valley Police say they learned a Los Angeles County man was running the operation.

After doing an investigation and getting a search warrant, they arrested Jimmy Arellano at his El Monte home. In addition to the cash, detectives seized cocaine, ecstasy, LSD, and some drug related materials.

The 23 year old man was booked in Ventura County on five charges related to drug possession, and drug dealing.
