Latest Numbers Show Woolsey Fire Destroyed More Than 1100 Structures

The number of structures destroyed by the Woolsey fire has taken a big jump, with the latest update on Sunday showing more than 1110 lost, and 300 damaged.  There still isn't a breakdown on the specific number of homes destroyed by the blaze in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties.

The fire is now 88% contained.  The latest mapping actually reduces the estimated acreage burned from 98,000 acres to 96,000 acres.

All evacuation orders have now been lifted in Ventura County.  Firefighters are hoing for full containment around mid-week.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
