Law Enforcement Officers Say Active Shooter Shot, Killed On Central Coast

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies and CHP officers have shot to death someone they say was an active shooter.

It started just after 11:30 Friday morning, in the parking lot of a supermarket in Nipomo on Tefft Street.  There were reports of shots fired during some sort of a confrontation at a gas station.

Deputies and CHP officers fatally wounded the person.

There’s no word of anyone else being injured.
