A rock and roll legend who’s considered to be one of the most influential cultural figures of the 20th century is going to perform on the South Coast. Bob Dylan is set to play at the Santa Barbara Bowl October 12th. Dylan has sold more than 100 million records during his more than half century long career.
The 78 year old singer/songwriter is known for his social commentary on issues like civil rights. He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2016. Dylan is also an artist, with eight books to his credit.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday for Dylan’s Santa Barbara Bowl appearance.
