A South Coast musical theater company announced that it is bringing back the first show it ever produced to help celebrate its 25th anniversary season. Thousand Oaks based 5-Star Theatricals has announced a three show 2019-2020 season, which includes “The Music Man,” “Mamma Mia,” and Disney’s “Newsies.” “The Music Man” was first produced by the theater company in 1994.

5-Star stages its shows at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

The company, which was known for years as Cabrillo Music Theater, uses a mix of Broadway and Hollywood performers along with people from the community.
