Ventura County commuters who use Metrolink now have an easier way to get tickets.
The commuter rail service launched a new online ticket web portal, so you can buy them in advance instead of at a machine at a station.
Commuters can buy and print tickets at home, just like you do from concerts and sports events. The tickets you buy and print out have a bar code which is then scanned by the train’s conductors.
Metrolink’s online portal offers the purchase of one-way tickets without transfers. Transfers to other system will require you to buy separate tickets.
