Authorities Release Names Of 12 Victims, Gunman From Ventura County Shooting Rampage

The identities of all 12 victims of this weeks deadly shootings at a Ventura County bar, as well as the ID of the man identified as the gunman have been released.

The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office received help from the LA County Medical Examiner’s Office, and the FBI to expedite the necessary work.

The names include Ronald Helus, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Sergeant who died trying to stop the attack. The victims include Daniel Manrique, Noel Sparks, Alaina Housley, Blake Dingman, Jacob Dunham, and Mark Meza. Also positively identified were Sean Adler, Justin Meek, Cody Gifford-Coffman, Telemachus Orfanos, and Kristina Morisette.

The Medical Examiner’s Office also positively identified the body of the man investigators say was the gunman, Ian Long. Detectives continue to examine elements surrounding the Wednesday night attack at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks.
