It May Be Baseball Season, But Los Angeles Rams Open Camp In Ventura County

Baseball season may be barely underway, but it’s pro football making big sports news in Ventura County.

The Los Angeles Rams have opened their training facility at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks for what are known as organized team activities. Players met with new head coach Sean McVay. They’ll take part in strength and conditioning activities. Quarterback Jared Goff is calling it a “fresh start.”

The team is hoping for one, after a 4-12 record during its first season back in Southern California after leaving St. Louis.
