NFL Says Rams Set To Begin Training In Oxnard April 18th

The NFL has released details on workout schedules for all of its teams, including the Los Angeles Rams, which will hold its spring training in Oxnard.

The Rams will begin their off season workouts April 18th, using the Dallas Cowboys training site in Oxnard for spring training. The agreement allows the team to use the facilities until the Cowboys arrive for summer training camp. The spring activities aren’t full team drills, but are strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation workouts. The workouts are closed to the public.

Last week, the Rams announced a deal with California Lutheran University to build facilities on the Thousand Oaks campus for team training, and practices during the NFL season. It’s expected that next year the Rams will use the new facilities for spring workouts.
