A Ventura County based university is getting a new Dean of Arts and Sciences.
Jessica Monfori will take over the post at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks July 1st. Monfori is currently chair of the Department of Political Science at Pace University in New York City. She’s a scholar focused on the political behavior of women, immigrants, and racial and ethnic minorities.
Monfori will fill the vacancy created by current CLU Arts and Sciences Dean Joan Griffin stepping down to focus on teaching full time.
CLU is the parent of KCLU radio.
