Albert Solano entered guilty pleas to 30 charges ranging from elder theft to insurance fraud. Investigators say the Camarillo man targeted seniors, offering deals to unclog drains. In addition to the prison sentence, the 50 year old man has been ordered to pay full restitution to 31 victims.
