California Mid-State Fair Cancelled Over Coronavirus Concerns

The 2020 California Mid-State Fair is the latest event on the Central and South Coasts cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis. The fair had been set to take place July 22nd through August 2nd in Paso Robles.

Fair officials say they had been hopeful conditions might improve enough that it would be able to take place, but they say based on current restrictions it appeared unlikely.

The fair attracts hundreds of thousands of people annually. It’s known for attracting some of the biggest entertainers in show business, with people like Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton, and rapper Cardi B.
