Ventura, Santa Barbara Counties Declare Local Health Emergencies In Response To Coronavirus

Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties have declared local health emergencies in response to the coronavirus crisis. The declaration makes more resources available to deal with the situation. Ventura County has had the only confirmed case on the Central and South Coasts.

95 people have been tested in the county, with the one coming back positive, 92 testing negative and two still pending. 22 travelers are still on home quarantine in the county.
