Grossman is set to be arraigned on charges of second-degree murder in the deaths of 11-year-old Mark and 8-year-old Jacob Iskander, who were killed as they used a Westlake Village crosswalk in September 2020.
In a preliminary hearing earlier this month, a judge said Grossman was playing “a game of chicken” and ordered her to stand trial on two felony counts each of murder and vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence, along with one felony count of hit-and-run driving resulting in death.
She could face a maximum of 34 years to life in prison if convicted as charged.
Grossman has entered not guilty pleas.
