A clandestine drug lab was discovered in a boiler room of the Courtyard by Marriott in Goleta Tuesday.
Hotel guests near the lab were relocated on the property.
Authorities identified the drug DMT, as well as hazardous chemicals that required the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department, as well as a special team from the Los Angeles Police Department's Inter-Agency task force.
The Sheriff's Department said that a maintence worker from Oxnard who was recently arrested on warrants, was re-arrested while in jail on charges linked to the lab.
Law enforcement in Oxnard and Ventura county were also involved in a search of the worker's home.
