California State University Chancellor Timothy White is responsible for the largest public four year university system in the nation, a system which includes two campuses on the Central and South Coasts.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco caught up with the chancellor during his visit to Cal State Channel Islands, and talks with him about issues ranging from the possibility of tuition hikes to efforts to improve graduation rates.
