Learn the traditional Japanese art of Shibori using Indigo plant dye in this exciting hands-on workshop with Guest Artist Rachel Palmer in the new EE Makerspace.

You’ll be guided through a step-by-step process of folding, binding, and dyeing techniques to create stunning Shibori-dyed items.

Everyone will be provided with a tea towel or bandana. You can also bring one small item from home (t-shirt size or smaller) to dye.

Explore the art of Shibori dyeing with an expert natural dyer in this two hour workshop for adults. Advanced ticket purchase is required.
