Take a moment for yourself with our FREE monthly series, designed for relaxation, rejuvenation, creativity, and mental health!

Discover a space where wellness and creativity meet! Our FREE monthly series invites you to take a break, recharge, and explore your creative side—all while supporting your mental health and well-being.​
Every month we'll present 3 different activities for to try, from art-making and drum circles to yoga and dance and so much more! At each ¡Ándale! event, you'll rotate through all 3 activities, spending 1/2 an hour at each. You'll have 10 minutes between each activity to rotate. Total, it's a 2-hour event full of rejuvenating experiences. Come enjoy a fun and supportive environment where you can relax, express yourself, and connect with your community. Let's take care of our mental and emotional well-being together!
We'll have free childcare available for ages 5 to 11.
