  • “Wonderful! This is genuine Lewis Carroll, updated with witty alliterations and puns. Skillful direction and humorous extractions from the original Alice gives everyone something to enjoy. Evelyn Rudie and Chris DeCarlo, ‘parents’ of the repertory company, are to be applauded for keeping children’s theatre alive and well.” PONY RIDE

Kids 2 to 102 join Alice as she accepts an invitation from the Queen of Hearts to return to the Wonderland of her youth. Will Alice prevail, or are the Cards stacked against her? Will the Queen suffer a heart attack? Lovely audience participation throughout the production helps Alice set a topsy-turvy Wonderland aright in this zany musical comedy.

“A winning blend of vaudeville, English pantomime and music hall.” Drama-logue

The internationally acclaimed Family Theatre musical comedy, performed on three continents over the past 45 years, is presented by renowned Actors’ Repertory Theatre, and features Holly Gibson, Amanda Hornberger, Isabel Lindley, J.T. Melaragno, Michala Peltz, Megan Wright with Cydne Moore, Joseph Perez and Graham Silbert.

“STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! A splendid children’s theatrical experience with a terrific new twist. The quality of performance is so pure and bright that children are fascinated throughout, all the while being exposed to superior theater that does not pander to their young age. The music and lyrics by Evelyn Rudie are the magic of the show. They provide a style and energy that keeps the children glued to the action.” L.A. PARENT

Gorgeous costumes by award-winning designer Ashley Hayes, lilting musical numbers and a charmingly bedecked rose garden enhance the "clever clowning and buoyant silliness" (L.A. Times) of this audience favorite crowd-pleaser. Written and directed by Evelyn Rudie and Chris DeCarlo.

    “BEST parties in L.A.” CBS.com

Birthday parties, hosted by colorful fairytale characters, are available with every performance.

  • 🌿 The Soul of Tea — A Sensory Journey Beyond Sight.
    A Mindful, Multi-Sensory Social Game.

Step into a unique experience that invites you to slow down, awaken your inner senses, and rediscover the present moment—one sip at a time.

In a world ruled by visual stimulation, we often overlook the quiet intelligence of our other senses. But today, we set aside sight and journey instead through scent and taste. This is not your typical tea tasting—this is a playful, meditative exploration into the soul of tea, and perhaps, the soul within you.

Guided by a structure inspired by traditional tea sommelier exams in Taiwan, you’ll be invited to:

🍵 Choose a tea guided only by color and intuition

👃 Smell and taste without knowing what you’re drinking

🤝 Find your sensory match among fellow guests

🧘 Slow down, observe, and reflect on your inner experience
🌱 Learn the stories of rare, artisan teas from high mountains and ancient traditions

This experience is both a game and a meditation—blending presence, curiosity, connection, and the healing ritual of tea. Whether you’re a tea lover, mindfulness practitioner, or simply someone craving deeper embodiment and presence, this gathering offers a space to reconnect with yourself and others through the quiet power of the senses.

We close with a meditation guided by sound and integration circle before opening up for conscious community connection over warm cups of tea.

No prior tea knowledge is necessary. Just bring your open senses and a willingness to explore.
  • Join us for a 90-minute journey through Korean Tea Ceremony (다례, 茶禮), breath and sound—an experience rooted in ancestral reverence and inner restoration. In Korean tradition, 다례 (茶禮) means “tea honoring ritual” and reflects the deep values of presence, harmony, and respectful connection. It is not simply drinking tea, but an intentional act of honoring life, lineage, and the moment. Combined with conscious breathwork, this ceremony becomes a bridge—between past and present, body and spirit, memory and release.

As we share tea in silence and move into guided breath, we gently invite the stories of our ancestors (祖上) to surface—those we remember, and those held quietly in our bones. With each sip and breath, we soften, release, and return to ourselves (我). This session is an offering: to those who came before, and to the healing you carry forward.

    Facilitators
    Yuna Lee

Yuna Lee is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and Korean tea ceremony practitioner based in the high desert of Joshua Tree, California. With a doctorate in English and a research focus on childhood and trauma, she brings both academic depth and intuitive sensitivity to her healing work.

She has also studied both Western and Eastern philosophy, which informs her ability to hold space where intellect, spirit, and embodied experience meet. Trained in 디례 (Korean tea ceremony or honoring ritual) by Tea Master Yi Il Hee and in breathwork by David Elliott, Yuna weaves cultural reverence with somatic practice to guide others into deeper presence and ancestral connection.

Rooted in Korean traditions and embodied wisdom, her offerings invite participants to slow down, soften, and reconnect—with their breath, their bodies, and the unseen lineage that lives within them. Whether guiding sessions in her desert glass dome, at curated retreats, or in intimate tea circles, Yuna creates sacred space where silence becomes medicine and breath becomes a bridge.

Her work is grounded in wholeheartedness, reverence, and authenticity. Through conscious breath, sound, and tea, she gently invites people to listen deeply, release what no longer serves, and remember who they truly are.
