Iraqi Lawmakers Say U.S. Study Ignored Them
Even before the Iraq Study Group released its reports, many Iraqi lawmakers felt they had been left out of the process. They complained that the Baker-Hamilton team didn't spend much time in Iraq, spoke only with a few prominent politicians, and saw little beyond the blast walls of the Green Zone.
