Southern California Edison Lifts Public Safety Power Outages In Ventura County

Southern California Edison has lifted all of the precautionary power shutoffs it had in place for Ventura County due to high brush fire danger.

At it's peak, nearly 8,000 customers in the county were impacted by outages, which at the time was the most of any county in Southern California.  Parts of Camarillo, Fillmore, Santa Paula, Santa Susana, and Simi Valley were affected.  

SomE customer in the county were without power for more than 24 hours, with outages starting Thursday.  Service was back to normal by midday Saturday.
