Some firefighters from Petaluma on a break from the Thomas Fire went to get food at the Palace Cafe in Santa Barbara, and wound up in a musical.
The firefighters picked up some of the instruments lying around and joined the musicians, dancing around and performing in the street.
The firefighters played Cajun music outside with an accordion player who visits on weeknights; the firefighters got a break from their twenty four hour shift and got some food and entertainment.
