Prosecutors say a Ventura County man could face more than 90 years in state prison after being convicted of repeatedly sexually assaulting a teenage girl over a several month long period. Daniel Lee Luna of Ventura was convicted of more than a dozen sexual assault charges.
Investigators say in some of the incidents, the 41 year old man forced the teen to take alcohol or drugs. They say in some of the incidents, Luna literally drilled his front door shut to keep the teen from escaping.
When Luna is sentenced in September, he’s potentially facing more than 91 years behind bars.
