Luc Flannery

Luc Flannery worked at KCLU from July 2021 to July 2022 taking on the role of Director of Operations and Productions.

Luc has worked from the East coast state in Fort Myers, FL at WGCU to the West coast in San Diego, CA at KPBS. During his time at WGCU he had the opportunity to assist the BBC program ‘World Have Your Say’ with technical operations, handled remote recordings for NPR and This American Life, built his technical chops working on local talk shows like ‘Gulf Coast Live’ and ‘Sound off with Sasha’ and handled Traffic and program scheduling. At KPBS he worked as Technical Director for Morning Edition and in Traffic scheduling for Television and Radio. He has also handled audio production, audio mixing, and camerawork on live trucks on ESPN3 and Comcast for college baseball, basketball and tennis.

Luc has always been active in any community he’s in from booking national music acts in Fort Myers to engaging with the strong craft beer community in San Diego.
