There’s yet more disappointment among high school students on the Central Coast, after some positive COVID-19 tests have resulted in the cancellation of some additional sports events.
Pioneer Valley High School in Santa Maria had to quarantine its football team. It had been scheduled to host Morro Bay’s football team Friday night.
And, positive tests involving the Righetti High School’s Girls Varsity Water Polo team cancelled a scheduled Saturday match.
This come on top of Tuesday’s news that the Righetti High School football team had some positive cases. Righetti’s game against Arroyo Grande has been postponed until April 23rd.
