(Ventura County photo)
Ventura County is now offering up mobile testing at businesses and other organizations with its new mobile testing van.

One of the newest pushes for people to get COVID-19 testing on the South Coast involves bringing the test to you.

Ventura County’s new mobile testing trailer makes free testing available to businesses and community groups.  For the van to come, there must be at least 100 people willing to get tested.

Ashley Bautista is with Ventura County. She says businesses, and organizations can go online to sign up for a testing van visit.

The test are the self-administered cotton swabs.  People get the results via text, usually in three days or less.

The free test van can handle up to 300 people per visit.
