A Central Coast university has opened a new $39-million-dollar dining complex which includes seven dining venues and a neighborhood market.
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Vista Grande Dining Complex is a three story, 35,000 square foot building.
It features an on-site dietitian’s office. There are also outdoor fireplaces and game tables.
Because of coronavirus safety concerns, the only onsite dining allowed is outdoors. No indoor dining is currently being permitted. To minimize contact, customers are being asked to order their food online.
