Demcratic Salud Carbajal is a military veteran who served as a Santa Barbara County Supervisor before first being elected to Congress in 2016. Republican Andy Caldwell worked in the agricultural industry before helping to found Santa Barbara County’s Coalition of Labor, Agriculture and Business (COLAB) in 1991.
