Weekend Rain For Parts Of The Central And South Coasts? It's A Possibility

Could we get some rain this weekend?  It’s a possibility for parts of the Central and South Coasts. An upper level low is going to create some unsettled conditions.  It will be overcast, and cooler than normal for most of the region Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday and Sunday there’s a chance of some light rainfall.

The best chance of rain is south of Point Conception, with one to two tenths of an inch of rain possible.  Meteorologists say it will be well below levels which would create concern in recent brush fire burn zones.

Then, Sunday night into Monday Ventura and Los Angeles Counties could get some strong Santa Ana winds.  Gusts topping 60 miles an hour are possible.
