A South Coast high school teacher is accused of having sex with a minor.
Santa Barbara Police detectives arrested Michael Ian Flescher on two unlawful sex counts.
The 40-year-old man is listed on the roster as an English teacher at Oxnard’s Pacifica High School.
Santa Barbara Police detectives say they worked with Oxnard Police detectives, because the investigation included possible crimes in both jurisdictions.
