Warning Issued About Sexual Predator On South Coast

Authorities have issued a warning about a sexual predator who may be lurking around a bike trail on the South Coast.

A 65-year-old woman was attacked Sunday morning as she was jogging on the Sespe Creek Bike Path in Fillmore.  The victim told Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies the man flashed her, and then grabbed her.

The woman was able to break free, and run to safety.  She was shaken but injured.  She described her attacker as a man around 20 years old, standing 5’ 11”, with a thin mustache.  He was wearing dark colored clothing and a hat.
