Police are investigating the death of a man who was hit by a passenger train on the South Coast.
It happened at around 7 a.m. Saturday, the the Santa Barbara train station. The man was hit by a southbound Amtrak train.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name hasn't been released yet.
No one on board the train was reported injured.
