Police Trying To Solve Mystery Behind Central Coast Vandalism Spree Which Damaged 17 Vehicles

Police are trying to figure out who was responsible for a vandalism spree in a Central Coast City which left 17 vehicles damaged.

San Luis Obispo Police began receiving calls Saturday morning about tires being slashed in four neighborhoods.  16 vehicles had slashed tires, and the vandals also knocked down a motorcycle.

The vandals also damaged a tree which was recently planted by the city.  Officers have been looking for possible witnesses and surveillance video of the incidents which occurred late Friday or early Saturday.
