Hundreds Of Cal Lutheran students walked out of classes, and took part in protest events over some racially offensive social media postings

Charges of racism are flying on a South Coast college campus, with people angry and upset over some student postings on social media. Hundreds of Cal Lutheran students walked out of classes Wednesday as the controversy continues to grow over the incidents. They held a rally, followed by a peaceful march across campus.

Cal Lutheran officials say they are investigating two incidents in which students made racist posts on social media. But, some of the students at the protest events say its part of an ongoing issue.

University officials admit they need to do better The students are demanding action over the incidents. They also say African American students need to have more of a voice on campus. Cal Lutheran is the parent of KCLU Radio.
