Borderline Bar And Grill Opening New Nightclub, As Efforts Continue To Reopen Original

The Borderline Bar and Grill is reopening under its own name in a different location, some 14 months after the popular Thousand Oaks nightclub was hit by an attack which left 12 people dead. What’s being called the “BL Dancehall” is opening its doors for the first time this weekend, in what’s being called a soft open.

It’s located in a building that has been a series of restaurants and nightclubs over the years, on the 29000 block of Agoura Road in Agoura Hills.

Borderline has kept its regulars dancing during the last year with special nights at the Canyon Club’s locations in Agoura Hills, and Santa Clarita. The nightclub is saying it plans to continue those nights.

There are also still plans in the works to renovate, and reopen the original location in Thousand Oaks, where the November, 2018 attack occurred.
