Some Mandatory Evacuations Lifted Saturday For Maria Fire In Ventura County

No flames, and just light smoe from the Maria fire were visible in the Santa Paula area Saturday morning.

A number of mandatory evacuations for the Maria Fire were lifted Saturday.  As of noon, the 9400+ acre was 20% contained.

Evacation orders were lifted for:

The area north of SR-118 (West Los Angeles Ave) east of Pacific Milling Rd., west of Bradley Rd, and south of West La Loma Ave. This includes the Saticoy Country Club neighborhood: Club House Dr., Northridge Dr., Skywalker Dr., La Vista Ave, Center Road, Walnut Ave, Milligan Barranca Road, Price Road, Hondo Ranch Road, Aggen Road, Berylwood Road, and East La Loma Ave.
