PGA Event On South Coast To Honor Borderline Bar And Grill/Hill and Woolsey Fire First Responders

A major PGA golf tournament taking place in Ventura County is going to be dedicated to the first responders from the Borderline Bar and Grill attack and the Hill and Woolsey fires. The Lake Sherwood Country Club is home to one of the biggest golf tournaments on the PGA Senior Tour, featuring more than 50 of the world’s top senior golfers.

This year, thanks to sponsors, first responders and the public will be able to attend the Investco QQQ event for free.

Tournament Executive Director Phil Bough says the first responders will get VIP treatment, with a hospitality tent featuring free food and drink.

Golfers will wear 805 Strong pins, and there are plans for a special ceremony during the event. The 2019 tournament takes place October 28th through November 3rd.
