Home On South Coast A Trouble Spot; 11 Arrests Over Four Month Period

Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies say they’ve made 11 arrests so far this year in connection with a home which has become a trouble spot for drugs. Officers received reports of suspicious activities at a home on the 4800 block of Juarez Avenue in Moorpark. A combination of probation searches and search warrants led to a string of arrests for charges ranging from identity theft to drug possession.

Some of the 11 arrested over the last four months live in the home, and some were visitors. Officers say they are working with the absentee homeowner to try to solve the ongoing nuisance problem.
