The Vice President is scheduled to visit the Central Coast Wednesday, as part of a tour of some military facilities in the state. Mike Pence is set to stop at Naval Air Station Lemoore, in the Central Valley near Hanford. He’ll take part in a luncheon at the base. Then, Wednesday afternoon his schedule calls for a visit to Vandenberg Air Force Base.
He’s expected to get a briefing on the base’s military operations, and speak to base personnel. After that, the plan calls for him to fly to San Diego. Details of his San Diego visit haven’t been released.
