A three year, $75 million dollar renovation of an iconic South Coast golf course, and country club is complete. The Montecito Golf Course and Club reopened Friday after a makeover which included the century old golf course, its clubhouse, and other facilities.
The renovated facility includes a 4800 square foot ballroom, a 6500 square foot fitness center, a Dolby theater for private screenings, plus bars and restaurants. It’s home to the largest private club pool complex in the state.
The 18 hole Jack Nicholas Signature Golf Course has also been redesigned. The hillside clubhouse and course have spectacular views of the coastline and ocean.
