Showers Possible For Central, South Coasts; Then Big Break In Weather

Yet more showers are in the forecast for the Central and South Coasts, but then, after weeks of on and off rain, we’ll get a big break. There’s a 20% chance of showers in the region through Tuesday night. It’s going to be light, so there is no concern about the potential for issues in brush fire burn zones.

The weekend rain didn’t amount to much, with Carpinteria getting just .02” of an inch of rain, Ojai .05”, and Solvang just .01”.

A high pressure ridge moving in will mean a warming trend later this week, with sunny skies for the weekend.
